Delete Your BookSwap Account

This page allows BookSwap users to request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data.

We're sorry to see you go. Here's what happens when you delete your BookSwap account, and how to do it.

What will be deleted

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

• Your profile and personal information (name, email, avatar, bio)
• All books you have listed on the platform
• Your chat and message history
• All deals, transactions, and exchange records
• Reviews you have written and received
• Your wishlist and saved books
• Notification preferences and FCM push tokens
• Subscription and payment data (active subscription will be cancelled)

How to delete your account

Follow these steps to delete your BookSwap account:

1. Open BookSwap at BookSwap.vip and sign in
2. Go to My Profile in the top navigation
3. Click Settings
4. Scroll to the "Danger Zone" section and click "Delete Account"
5. Confirm the action in the dialog

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours. Active subscriptions will be cancelled immediately. Backups are purged after 30 days.

Need help?

If you cannot access your account, email info@swapbook.vip from the address you signed up with. We will process the deletion manually within 30 days.
